The exterior of the home includes a sparkling private pool, a hot tub, a furnished deck with a firepit, a veranda, and a dock complete with a tethered water carpet. The spacious, two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas with plush sofa seating and smart 85-inch TVs. The downstairs living area has a wet bar equipped with a sink, a wine fridge, a beverage fridge, and an array of glassware. There’s a well-equipped kitchen featuring a sink, a four-burner cooktop, an oven, a fridge, and a microwave for household convenience. If you want to relax indoors, cozy up to the electric fireplace and watch a movie in the theater area, or play darts, billiards, and foosball.
Head out to the pool deck for game of cornhole or drinks by the firepit. If you’re an athlete, there’s a spacious gym with a Peloton bike and Xterra selectable weight dumbbells. If you’re a gamer, a PlayStation 5 is loaded with games for all ages. Additional family games, toys for younger guests, and books are available.
The upstairs living area offers a spectacular view of the lake, a cozy ambience, and an open floor plan for easy relaxation. Adjacent to the panoramic dining area is expansive breakfast bar seating. You can keep the cook company while your cup runneth over with your choice of brew options from the coffee bar, offering traditional drip, single-cup, and espresso machines. The large kitchen includes an oven, an electric range, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a toaster oven, a pop-up toaster, a crock pot, and a microwave.
You can also fire up the private gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining with lovely lake breezes out on the deck. Two patio tables come equipped with umbrellas and seating. Cool off with a dip in the pool or head down to the dock for a refreshing lake swim. You’ll be excited to find that you have a choice of pool/lake floats, paddleboards, and fishing poles. The bubbling, private hot tub is ready for soothing soaks any time of day.
At night, enjoy your choice of a spacious bunk room featuring two full-over-queen beds or a loft with a full-size memory foam futon. The primary suite has direct veranda access, a dedicated desk and sitting area, and a deluxe en suite complete with two walk-in closets/dressing rooms, a clawfoot tub, a standalone shower, and a water closet.
