The condo is equipped with new furnishings throughout, and when combined with the abundance of local activities and community amenities, this home brings the sense of a true vacation getaway.
The condos open floorplan provides a lovely open layout with dining adjacent to both the living room and kitchen which is equipped with contemporary styling and granite countertops. The entire property includes high speed Wi-Fi and cable television throughout every room of the condo. In the master you’ll also find contemporary styling with a King sized bed, en’ suite bathroom with travertine tiled walk-in shower and his and her closets. The split second bedroom provides a more traditional feel with its plush queen bed and full bath just across the hall. Both lovely bedrooms feature in room televisions and are fully equipped with comfortable, quality linens.
The outdoor patio is a very inviting and makes for the perfect place to enjoy relaxing or the provided BBQ and with many easy access amenities such as 1 dedicated Parking Space (an additional parking pass may be obtained if staying longer than 30 nights), in unit laundry and gated privacy this cozy ground floor unit provides the true sense of a resort getaway.
