Fabulous Chandler home away from home with a super cool Tiki Time backyard oasis. Have the family gather round the lagoon pool with games and fun for the whole family. This backyard oasis has a Tiki bar, BBQ, Fireplace and loungers for sunbathers and an outdoor living room for catching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunsets with a glass of vino. This is a coveted south facing backyard too for optimal times in the Arizona warmth.
Inside you will find a living and dining room as you enter and then into the open concept family room, dining and kitchen combo. It is perfect for entertaining, with the large island and breakfast bar and absolutely everything you could imagine for preparing a meal or BBQ. The super comfy sectional can accommodate everyone to catch a movie on the big screen or play games making vacation memories. The split floor plan has the master on the west side of the home. This king sized room with TV and spa en suite bath is every bit of luxury. Soak in the garden tub and enjoy the peace of being relaxed in privacy. The other 3 bedrooms are on the east side of the home with bedrooms 2 and 3 having queen beds and televisions, and the 4th bedroom having 2 twin beds and a tv also. All share the hall bath with double sinks and a door between the tub/shower combo and toilet room and the get ready sinks and such.
Super fast wifi, cable TV with streaming capabilities, a complete indoor laundry room, and a two car garage at your disposal. Pool is not heated at this time.
