This unique property is located directly across the street from a well-known hiking trail, the Ruin Hill - take an invigorating hike up the 185 steps to the top. At 5,500 feet, the elevation provides relief from the valley heat down below the mountain. This home can experience inclement weather in the winter months. A guest may need to utilize an all-wheel or front-wheel drive/high clearance vehicle to access the home, depending upon recent snowfall or rainfall.
