You’ve found The Glass House, or as we like to say, The Glass House has found you!
This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath mid-century Craftsman home is one-of-a-kind with stunning morning and sunset views of the Mogollon Rim. Why is it called The Glass House? The home has floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout the entire home! Watch the elk casually stroll by when you are just feet away, tucked inside The Glass House. This is the Pine cabin experience on a whole new level that you will not want to miss.
This unique property is located directly across the street from a well-known hiking trail, the Ruin Hill - take an invigorating hike up the 185 steps to the top. The top offers the opportunity to explore the Native American ruins while enjoying the 360-degree views of the Pine Valley. Send us your photo of the house from the top!
Hiking isn’t your deal? No worries. The Glass House is located in a wonderful area for a beautiful walk through lightly traveled paved roads. Unique amenities are the highlight of this home - you can wake up in the morning to yoga (with provided yoga mats) or that perfect cup of coffee on the wrap-around deck as the local herd of elk casually stroll just feet away. Ukulele music anyone? Yes, even an opportunity to make some music is included in this home. In the evenings, sip a glass of wine from your Adirondack chairs while watching the evening sunset on the Mogollon Rim. At 5,500 feet, the elevation provides relief from the valley heat down below the mountain.
The house features all-new everything - new appliances and furniture, nothing was left untouched in the recent remodel. With incredible attention to detail, you will constantly find something new as you enjoy your time in The Glass House. The bedroom provides a large king bed and space to unpack and relax. The living room has a pull-out couch, but the best part is the oversized bean bag large enough for someone to sleep on if you choose! Outdoor living is definitely a huge part of life in Pine - enjoy your meals at the table inside or outside. The local grocery store is just 1 mile away and a host of local boutiques, restaurants, and bars are within 1-3 miles of the home.
No ATV or RV parking on this property, please.
