Tucked away in the back of a pretty cul-de-sac surrounded by friendly, helpful, neighbors, is this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bath, single story. This beauty is elegant enough for executive gatherings, designed with large-family fun in mind. The oversized chef’s kitchen features a distinctive custom-made pot rack that sprawls above the custom cabinetry of a 68-inch center island with secret storage in its core, plenty of cabinet storage, two spice racks. Seating can be around the 132’’ peninsula that comfortably seats 5. The perimeter of this kitchen is decorated with high-end appliances such as 2 Viking oven’s (one gas and one electric,) a Viking convection microwave, a Viking hood range with a heat lamp, high-end KitchenAid appliances like a dishwasher and a built-in beverage refrigerator. There is such an abundant amount of solid-wood custom cabinetry lining this kitchen that the large pantry seems a bit extravagant. Because there is so much "extra" in this kitchen, you really have to see it to fully appreciate the thought that went into its design. But thoughtful design doesn’t end at the kitchen.
The primary suite number 1 is a showstopper. A king bed with luxurious linens looking out to the oasis of a yard. There is a TV and large closets. The master has a huge spa bath with separated double sinks, a soaker tub and enormous walk in shower. This is a split floor plan design. 2 bedrooms on each side of the home. The 3rd bedroom is a king on this side of the home. All bedrooms have TV’s. Additionally in All 3 bathrooms are spacious and beautiful with top-of-the-line everything. The owners here have clearly prioritized quality over expense, and it shows. There is a fully sized laundry room, super fast wifi, a large driveway and the availability of a car garage.
Step outside to the sparkling pool, firepit, putting green and large grassy yard where you can spend your days in the AZ sun and nights kicking back with a beverage and watching the copper skies. This home and all of its luxuries are truly and oasis for the soul.
