This extra special home in Chandler Arizona has a sparkling pool for lots of summertime outdoor fun. Step inside to a large living and dining space with an office that doubles as a game room off to the right. The office has doors so this is a private space for those that need to work from home.
The great room with the open concept kitchen, breakfast room and family room is cozy and comfortable for the entire family. Anchored by a super-sized smartv that you can see from every location. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar for entertaining or a quick bite. Prepare a meal or get ready for a BBQ. Super fast wifi and a laundry room are also features of this home away from home.
The primary bedroom is spacious and welcoming for a good nights sleep. King bed, soft linens, a tv a sitting area an en-suite bath and walk in closet complete this bedroom retreat. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a spacious closet and bedroom 3 a full bed with a spacious closet too.
The backyard creates memories in the home. An outdoor living room, covered is first as you exit the home. A east facing backyard allows for morning sun. The pool is sparkling and will allow for hours of enjoyment. The gas BBQ grill is perfect for preparing a meal alfresco and there is ample dining space for everyone poolside.
Woof, this home allows one dog. $25 per night dog fee for stays less that 30 nights. $10 per night dog fee or stays 30 nights or longer. No cats are allowed.
