Super Large and Super Luxurious home for the whole family. Full and beautifully remodeled. Park like, oasis of a backyard with a heated pool. Super place to make memories. Step into the open concept kitchen, dining room, family room and game room. Everyone has a place to gather here in one rental spot for some togetherness. Sit at the breakfast bar and visit during meal prep in the kitchen that is stocked with everything and then some. This kitchen has a air fryer, griddle, crockpot, blender and more. Large working space in the kitchen, with 8 person dining right next door with a cozy fireplace. The family room has a super comfy sectional sofa a super sized 75" tv and a game area for family fun. The bedrooms are split and on either side of the home. The Master has a TV, King Bed and En-Suite bath with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is just down the hall and features 2 queens and television and office work space.
The third bedroom, which is on the other side of the home has a king bed, tv and large closet. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV and a walk out to the backyard.
The entire home is light and airy with large windows looking in the large park like backyard. A large heated pool, with lots of loungers for soaking up that AZ sunshine. Large trees provide shade as well as the covered patio, with outdoor dining and a full outdoor living room. Perfect pool for kids with a basketball hoop and swing chair too. There are yard games in the large grassy area such as corn hole. Super fast wifi and an indoor laundry room will complete everything this home has to offer. You will never want to leave this spectacular home, it is vacation all in itself.
Everything is close! MLB Baseball, Cubs stadiums is minutes away, Hiking, The Apache Trail, World Class Golfland Sunsplash and so much more. Highway 60 is 3 miles and you have access to everything metro Phoenix has to offer.
SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
