The Old Village sits right on the Charleston harbor and is known for its beautiful historic homes, moss-draped live oak trees and small-town feel. Take a morning walk to see all the southern charm at it's finest! Enjoy a coffee at Gala's Cage & Bakery, a glass of wine a Leeah's Wine Shop or a cozy dinner at Post House Inn, all a close 0.4 miles from the property. Head over to Shem Creek for some amazing seafood, views, and dolphin sightings galore. You can't miss Pitt Street Bridge for a sunset stroll. It was once a trolley bridge that connected Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant and is a site for recreation and relaxation. One of the best views of the sunset over the Charleston Harbor!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,A $250 fine will be applied if any of the below rules are broken.
- • No tape, adhesives or anything that will cause damage can be used or placed on the walls
