Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area! Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog - 2 cars max in the driveway and excess cars on the street- Do Not block driveway. -Please note there are 3 cameras: One back door, two laundry room, three front door - Fence is not closed in GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
