The entire Zuytland Buiten park, where this house is located, is located in the water and is surrounded by reed collars and forests.
This house is for 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is on one level and therefore this house is also suitable for disabled people. The mdern kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is modern and comfortably furnished. You can rent bicycles, a SUP, canoe or whisper boat at the reception.
There is plenty to do in the area. Enjoy on and around the Stompaarde Plas, in the Bernisse recreation area and enjoy one of the many beaches in the area. Coastal towns by the sea, such as Rockanje and Ouddorp, are a stone’s throw away and are the ideal destination...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
