Escape to relaxation at Pier Point 17! This newly renovated oceanfront condo has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities and conveniences of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.
Enjoy ocean and pool views from the master bedroom and open living area. Step outside onto your private balcony to begin and end each day, sipping your favorite coffee while you watch the sunrise, or later enjoying a glass of wine as you breathe in the fresh sea air and reminisce about the wonderful things you experienced that day. Cook your favorite meals in the bright white, fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the table for great food and conversation! There is a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room to enjoy their favorite shows and movies on the large TV, and a convenient half bath located on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms outfitted with crisp white linens, and two bathrooms stocked with soft white towels. As you enter the master suite, you will find a washer and dryer available for use during your stay! The master suite is the perfect place to refresh and recharge, featuring a comfortable king bed, table with two chairs, a smart tv, and incredible views of pool and ocean! Freshen up in the master bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also find a queen bedroom featuring tranquil decor, plenty of storage, and a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The second full bathroom is just off the hall with a tub/shower combo!
While in St. Augustine, don’t miss out on learning more about the unique history while enjoying the activities the area has to offer. Ride the Old Town Trolley around town and take in the beautiful sights! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo de San Marcos, and stroll down the colorful St. George Street, which is filled with shops, restaurants, and irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a memorable walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
