Very beautiful holiday villa which, due to its higher location, offers a magnificent view from the house over the nature reserve "de Westduinen". The Westduinen are owned by the Het Zuid-Hollands Landschap foundation. In order to protect the special flora and fauna, the area has been designated as a Natura 2000 area. You can quickly enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terraces and in the spacious garden - the 1,600 m² plot consists partly of untouched rolling grass dunes. Close to beaches, the Grevelingenmeer and surf and kite spot Brouwersdam.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
