This unit includes 2 King bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and two full baths. It can accommodate up to six people and is newly renovated and has everything you need for your perfect vacation.
The condo features tile flooring throughout and a walk out patio with a fan where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with all of the standard appliances as well as a full size washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room includes a Smart TV with access to YouTubeTV. Both bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower, and the spacious master bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with a rain head and a handheld. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. A rental agreement needs to be signed prior to arrival, 2. No parties or events, 3. No smoking, 4. Must be 25 years or older to rent, 5. Check-in at 4pm, 6. Check-out 10am.
