Enjoy a scenic drive down the PCH to explore the redwoods and rugged Coastline of Big Sur or head north for a day in the city - San Francisco is about 2 hours away. Living Spaces This large home features a living room and a separate family room. The family room has a wifi-enabled TV with streaming service so guests can use their own logins to view their favorite programming. The remote controlled electric fireplace helps to keep the space cozy on cool evenings. This home is well-equipped for extended stays! Kitchen and Dining Expansive chef’s kitchen features high-grade granite counters, Bosch gas cook-top, glass-front cabinets, counter seating and breakfast area. Perfectly suited for entertaining with a built-in gas BBQ, deck and patio, low maintenance, drought resistant landscape. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedrooms #1 and #2 have wifi-enabled smart TVs with streaming service (guests should bring their logins to View programming) Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an over-sized en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a custom tile shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The full hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination and features natural-stone tile. The home also has a powder room/half bathroom. The home has an indoor laundry center for your convenience. Two-car garage and driveway parking. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible. This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
