Hibiscus Hideout is located in the quiet lower grand lagoon area & is just minutes away from public beach access, state parks, the best local restaurants & shopping, & the beautiful waters of the bay! With a private pool, gas grill, & large outdoor pool area, you don’t even need to leave the house to enjoy a vacation with your family!
Upon entering the house, you’ll walk into a formal seating area and dining room. To the left of entry is the master king sized bedroom with en-suite bath. On the other side of the house you’ll walk into the spacious kitchen area and living area. This is where you can access the patio, gas grill and lovely pool area. This wing of the house also includes another king sized bedroom, full bath, and bunk room which houses 2 sets of twin sized beds (4 twin beds total).

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
