Get the whole family in the large heated* pool, relax in the in-ground spa while taking in the backdrop setting of Thunder Mountain, sit around the fire-pit at night with a cold drink, or read a favorite novel on one of the many decks with natures sweet sounds in the background. Walk straight from the backyard to a popular hiking destination - the airport vortex trail!
The highlighted aspects of relaxation outdoors are replicated through out the home, resulting in an experience you’ll never want to end. 3 master suites containing their own bathrooms; a large open concept great room allowing the group to all be together whether they are preparing a meal in the kitchen or enjoying the game in the living room; and comfortable accommodations in the form of quality mattresses, professionally laundered linens, and a focus on the small details.
The location of this estate cannot be beat. Walk straight into town to get lunch, then head to a nearby hiking trail - no car needed! Once the busy day is complete, it’s nice to know a private, comfortable retreat is waiting for you each day to provide the ample rest needed for your next day of adventure.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 27 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
