The home is set up with 3 full bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an office space for getting work done, and a very comfortable living space with fully stocked kitchen. Outside you’ll find a heated* swimming pool, half court basketball, great lounging space, a fire pit to gather ’round at night, and a lemon tree with fresh lemons! Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. The space The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Guest access An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in. Interaction with guests We are available as much or as little as you desire. The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2024-003024 Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date. If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates. Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in.
