We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. -There is a hot tub on site, but it is not operational and does not heat up. The pool can heat up to 85 degrees! -If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking, pool heating fee is 100$ per night. Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you! - NO PETS ALLOWED. -Please note there is 1 camera at the side of the house by the garage door. Please keep in mind that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time. Thank you! GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
