Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Things guests should know:
- Clean Fee: The Cleaning Fee covers the cost of the check-out clean. This includes fresh linen, towels and amenities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, tea, and coffee.
- During Your Stay: For in-stay cleaning, extra linen, blankets, pillows, or other requests please contact our friendly Bidnstay Support Team (extra charges may apply).
- In the case of a lost key or a lockout, an additional key replacement/lockout fee will be charged.
- - No Parties or Events (includes loud music and disturbing the peace for neighbours)
- - No Smoking in the Building / Apartment
- - No Pets
- These policies ensure that everyone can enjoy the wonderful neighbourhood. We live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
- Failure to adhere to these house-rules/policies will result in penalties up to $2,500 AUD.
- Damages: Accidents happen, if something is broken or lost, please notify us immediately.
- Energy Conservation: Please be energy-conscious by turning off lights, TV, and other appliances when not in use.
