The main level features a cozy living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. Enjoy dining at the table that comfortably seats four, and take advantage of the full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The master bedroom offers a king bed (two twins with a common headboard) and a TV, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Upstairs, the loft features a queen-sized bed and a 42" flat-screen TV, along with an attached full bathroom, providing a private retreat for guests. Highridge Condominiums boasts a plethora of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, indoor pool, and private saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Things to keep in Mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week. • See our Policy page for additional things to know.
