This level features a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed (a full-size mattress over a queen), a full bathroom, and a spacious family room complete with a large sectional and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy movie nights on the widescreen TV with Chromecast, or warm up by the gas fireplace for a relaxed atmosphere.
A regulation-size foosball table, a mini fridge for chilled beverages, and a variety of board games make this level a perfect hangout space for kids and adults alike. And for those clear Vermont nights, a telescope is provided for stargazing—a guest favorite!

Things to Note:
• No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
• The home is pet-friendly, but advance notice is required and additional charges apply.
• The primary renter must be at lease 24 years of age.
• Deck, firepit, and grill may be unavailable during the winter months due to snow. Snow may also fall from the roof onto the deck- use caution.
• Propane tanks are filled at the start of the season; if the tank runs out guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it.
• Four-wheel drive is highly recommended. During heavy snow periods, the house may not be accessible without it.
• For your protection and ours, there are cameras in the driveway. There are no cameras in the living areas.
