THE VIEW G6 is an upper cottage located at the back of the complex with serene garden views. Situated just off Pacific Street, guests can enjoy the lush garden scenery and occasional train sightings. While the condo does not offer an ocean view, its prime location allows for easy access and a short walk to the beach. **Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California’s coastal living. You may hear occasional choo choos of the train during the day, but Oceanside is a designated quiet zone so they will pass by in the evening but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track. KITCHEN AND DINING Experience a newly renovated kitchen featuring new appliances, quartz countertops, and a custom tile backsplash. It is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils for you to create delicious meals during your beach vacation. The dining table accommodates 4 people comfortably and there are 4 additional seats on the outside balcony. LIVING AREAS The G6 cottage is furnished to comfortably accommodate 4 guests with a sofa and two recliner chairs. Guests can enjoy watching a movie on the large flat-screen Smart TV, which allows access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. High-speed internet and cable with 250+ channels are also provided. In addition, the living room features a fully functional gas fireplace for added comfort on cool winter days or to create a cozy ambiance. The unit also provides a desk and a chair for those needing a designated place to work. SLEEPING G6 cottage can accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, a closet, a Smart TV equipped with cable, and a Rocking chair all intended for relaxation. It provides a barn door for privacy. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room, including a queen-size Murphy bed. Additionally, there is a twin single cot in the bedroom closet. BATHROOM The bathroom in G6 features a beautiful renovated shower/tub combo including custom tile walls,double spray showerhead easy to wash away the salt and sand from the day. The separate vanity with marble countertop provides sufficient space for your personal routines. EXTRAS -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -AC unit -2 bikes for enjoying on the Strand and exploring around town -Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge. -A full suite of beach gear with all the needed equipment for a magical beach vacation, including 2 boogie boards, 4 beach towels, sand toys, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs LOCAL AREA / AMENITIES G6 is an upper cottage minutes away from the sand.
