LIVING AREAS In the main living room area, you’ll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable leather couch and two chairs. Sit back and enjoy the flatscreen Smart TV or the cable at the end of a long day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The master bathroom features a large custom tiled walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D18 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and both bedrooms have cable TV. There is also a Queen air mattress in the closet that can be used in the living room. . EXTRAS -Upper-level oceanfront with unobstructed views -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building. -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -D18 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. You’ll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
