Set on a hill in the heart of Tuscany, with a breathtaking 360-degree
view of the rolling hills and valleys, stands the holiday home Villa La
Torre 16. With its generous space inside and out, and the division into
four separate yet interconnecting apartments, it is the ideal choice
for larger groups who wish to spend time together while maintaining
privacy.
The villa is only about five minutes by car from Montespertoli, a
medieval town offering restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
Montespertoli is renowned for its wine and is the largest producer of
Chianti DOCG in the world.Every year at the end of May, the town hosts
the Chianti Exhibition, drawing visitors from near and far. Memorable
day trips include Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena.
Peacefully located in the countryside, the holiday home features a
cream-coloured façade and a distinctive tower that gives it its name.
On the terrace, beneath a gazebo, there is a large dining table with
chairs where all guests can enjoy meals together outdoors. There is
also a roof terrace with a smaller table offering stunning views of the
surrounding landscape. The property is surrounded by extensive lawns,
and the 17-metre-long infinity pool offers spectacular views of the
Tuscan hills.
The holiday home is spread over three floors and divided into four
apartments. One of them, Apartment 4, is located entirely on the ground
floor and may be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Inside, the holiday home feels bright and welcoming. High-quality
modern furnishings and tasteful décor create a comfortable and elegant
atmosphere that perfectly complements the spacious character of this
