a quiet lane. Yet the central location makes it easy to get out and
about and enjoy the best the region has to offer.
In fact, one of Tuscany’s showstoppers, the hilltop town of San
Gimignano, with its seductive cluster of medieval tower houses, is just
down the road. (While there you can also try the celebrated local white
wine, Vernaccia.) There is more medieval treasure to explore nearby,
too – Volterra, Florence, Siena to name three other jewels.
You could go to the beach, the shores south of Livorno are easy to
reach in the car. But then there is a private pool at your villa, a
property that is divided into three, providing a great solution for
friends or family who like to holiday together but enjoy a little
privacy.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
