This beautifully remodeled home features a breathtaking pool and hot tub, a game room, waterfront fire pit, stunning outdoor kitchen, and paddle boards for your use and enjoyment! The house is situated perfectly on a saltwater canal, just SECONDS from the river leading out to the Gulf of Mexico. This home boasts sailboat access with no bridges and a 30 foot mooring area on the dock.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features a large breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot and ninja blender. The dining area features a large table with seating for six with views out to the pool and canal.

The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, a large flatscreen TV, and two large sliding glass doors opening to the lanai.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
- ● Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
- ● Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.
- POOL RULES
- ● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
- ● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in other bodies of water. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest's responsibility.
