Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Before booking a stay at Barossa Homestead, guests should be aware of and agree to the following property policies to ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- Check-In/Check-Out Times: Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the tiny home or any indoor areas on the property. Designated smoking areas may be available outside; please use these areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- Pet Policy: No pets are allowed for guests. This policy helps maintain safety and comfort, considering there is already a resident dog on the property.
- Noise Curfew: To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and guests, a noise curfew is in place from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
- Recycling and Composting: Guests are expected to participate in our recycling and composting efforts by using the designated bins correctly. Instructions and locations of these facilities will be provided upon arrival.
- Parking: Parking is available near the tiny home. Guests are asked to park only in designated areas to avoid disruption to the property and other tenants.
- Safety and Restricted Areas: For safety and privacy, guests must respect all signs and guidelines regarding restricted areas on the property.
- Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the state it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning required after the stay may result in additional charges.
- Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave by the evening. No overnight visitors are allowed without prior approval from the host.
