Welcome to Keauhou Lani, an exquisite private residence located in the desirable gated community of Keauhou Estates.
Step into the grand entry of Keauhou Lani’s 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 4,750 sq. ft. home plus, 1,700 sq. ft. covered lanai complete with views of Keauhou Bay and Kona. The Country Club’s “Mountain" golf course is situated just below our pool, but not to worry, the course has been closed for years and expect lots of privacy and peace & quiet. The house is positioned at an ideal 400 ft. elevation for sunshine and comfortable trade winds.
Amenities include the splendid pool & spa, custom furnishings, beautifully crafted wooden ceiling enclaves and a lower level private primary bedroom, where you may be tempted to hideaway and soak in the tub at the end of your day. The gourmet indoor kitchen is a Chef’s dream with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all the tools you need to make a simple meal or an epicurean delight. LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests.
The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12.
The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and soaking tub. Located on the lower level floor, the primary suite is completely private from the rest of the home with it’s own lanai. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer.
