Welcome to fresh, clean, high country living at the Bear Paw Lodge. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo is located in the hills of Flagstaff, in the highly sought after area of the Continental Country Club. Cute and cozy describes best this four season’s getaway. Inside the main living area, or outside on the deck, take in the panoramic views of the mountains and the rolling hills of the surrounding neighborhood. ***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months*** **If you choose to bring a pet there is a pet fee associated with your stay and we have an "all four on the floor" policy. This means that once you have paid the pet fee, the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture :)** *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. Then after going up the stairs there is a kitchen that includes a washer and dryer, a living/dining room, and access to the back balcony. Up the additional stairs off of the living room is a loft bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and a 1/2 bath. We live locally and have the home carefully prepared for each guest.
