The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You and your guests can enjoy an open floor space that blends the living room, dining room and kitchen. The home features a beautiful open floor plan. You and your guests will have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The master bedroom includes a King sized bed. The other 3 bedrooms include 1 double sized bed and 2 full sized beds. All bathrooms are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and bath towels. There is a separate room for the washer and dryer that are equipped with laundry detergent/bleach. In the main living space, guests can relax after a long day of play or work. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and amenities for cooking all meals. On a beautiful Southern California day, you and your guests can enjoy meals on the yard or sit around the firepit. Guests will be able to enter and exit the entire property freely. The home uses a keyless keypad entry for convenience. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests can park in the garage and the driveway. There is plenty of street parking, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days. Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported. Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed. We love pets, but there is a NO pet policy. This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
