Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,Yes, the property might look like a house/RV, but it’s a tent with soft shell! So, we appreciate your cooperation with the following house rules.
- NO FOOD and Drinks inside the tent, to prevent attracting some unexpected guests like mouse or wild animals. If you have left over food, please put in the ice box provided.
- NO FIRE OR SMOCKING inside or near the tent! Tents are easily damaged by fire.
- Quiet Hours: friendly reminder that quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please try to minimize all noise during this time.
- It’s a quiet neighborhood, NO PARTIES AND LOUD MUSIC!
- We love animals but some guests are not, so NO PETS are allowed in the tent.
