Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean in the privacy of the master bedroom or balcony, and finish the day watching sunsets over the intracoastal from the balcony just outside your front door! Take a swim in the oceanfront pool, lounge in the sun, or enjoy a meal under the shade of an umbrella all while soaking in the beautiful Florida weather! Follow the private boardwalk to the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends.
Sand Dollar 306 has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished as a luxury vacation paradise and features a fully stocked updated kitchen, beautiful modern coastal decor, and comfortable furnishings. Fresh linens and soft towels will make your stay comfortable and feel like home. The laundry room features full size machines, tons of storage, and a variety of supplies to make your beach day even more enjoyable! Keep your car cool in the covered parking garage, additional parking is available on the top level of the garage.
After enjoying the beach, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 20 minute drive of the condo. Also just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or swimming in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas Fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida’s hidden treasures of history and nature!

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
