We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. -Parking in driveway 3-4 cars max (depending on car sizes). Please do not park on the street. -Please note there is 2 exterior facing cameras above garage and on back patio. The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September. We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
