Our 1414 square foot home features: -2 Bedrooms -2 bathrooms -Bedroom #1 downstairs- King bed -Bedroom #2 upstairs- King bed -Open floor plan with loft living area! -Smart TV in both living areas -Parking is provided for one car and is first come, first serve. Guests may park one vehicle in the lot outside of the building. Additional parking in a lot around the corner (Parking pass required. 6 Minute walk) -High-speed internet -Fully equipped/high-end kitchen appliances -Dining for 6 Guests -Sound machines are available in the bedrooms. This is an end unit with one bedroom on the main floor of the suite with an additional bedroom up the spiral staircase. Walk to everything Charleston has to offer! You are directly in the heart of it all with this home! Please note, there is no elevator in the property. Permit Number: 035879 *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
