The Alcalá apartments are located in the Ventas neighbourhood, near the Bullring and right on Calle Alcalá, the main artery of the district which, in addition to being Madrid’s longest avenue, is full of life and has local businesses and shops.
Ciudad Lineal is an extensive district full of services, shops, and cafés. A neighbourhood that is lived on foot, with great commercial activity where everything is close and everything is possible.
Among other points of interest, it is very close to the always lively Quintana square, Calero park, the Alcalá Norte shopping centre and the Pablo Neruda library. Tradition and avant-garde coexist in this urban transformation hub.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and significant companies. Due to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía or La Latina and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line.
All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy the stay in the city for short stays and during months.
The apartment:
Located on the first floor, this cosy apartment with capacity for 4 people has one bedroom, living room, and a complete bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Moreover, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and various appliances.
The room is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment has an outdoor space that serves as a fully furnished terrace.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
