- This 4-story home requires 2 steps to enter. While a bedroom and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor
- Community amenities are available for an additional daily fee paid for upon arrival. This fee is $12/day for adults and $5/day for children under 12 years old
- Guests may purchase a day pass and rent pickleball paddles/balls from Bear Valley Adventure Company for $20/day
- The pellet stove is not available for guest use
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located at the back door facing the back entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
