Welcome to Adventure Time in Fernwood, on the outer limits of the forest, where adventure begins. This single-level, dog-friendly beach house (small dogs under 25 pounds only, please) is located in the outlying neighborhood of Fernwood surrounded by the canopied woodlands and Property Manager’s hiking trails and mountain biking off-road tracks. Adventure Time stands out with compacted pea gravel pathways coming and going. Gated entry to the expanded covered porch greets you as you approach your retreat. Upon entering the comfy living room, you look forward to sinking into the couch and watching the game or your favorite adventure thriller on the Smart TV. The bright and airy dining and gathering space leads you to the kitchen with an oversized refrigerator and plenty of room to prepare a picnic for the beach or a post-excursion re-fuel.
