Step into Boulder Ridge Retreat and experience authentic mountain living at its finest. With multiple living and entertainment spaces, gourmet kitchen, oversized hot tub, sauna, and a short walk to the ski lifts, this luxury chalet delivers the amenities and location for an idyllic vacation.
Striking vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses and a towering moss rock gas fireplace greet you as you enter the great room on the main level. Settle into large leather sofas around the fire and take in the fabulous views.
The gourmet kitchen will inspire the chefs in your group with everything they’ll need for their culinary creations. The kitchen features a Viking 6-burner stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and spacious granite counters. There’s an island with four barstools and a gas grill out on the deck. Enjoy meals around the 8-person dining table. The dining room also leads out to the large main deck.
For some privacy, sneak into the study off the kitchen and cozy up to read, play a board game, or put together a puzzle in front of the gas fireplace. There are two leather sofas that also convert into twin sleeper sofas.
On this level, you’ll also find the primary bedroom suite with king bed, gas fireplace, TV and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, dual sinks and a makeup vanity. From this bedroom you can step out onto the deck where you’ll find the large 8-person hot tub.
Three of the home’s five bedrooms are on the upper level starting with a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Another king bedroom on this level has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The bathroom with walk-in shower is shared with the loft area. The loft is a cozy nook with a queen sleeper sofa. This area is open to a landing that overlooks the main level and has a workspace with a desk.
Retreat to the lower level for fun and games with the pool table, ping pong table, big screen TV, theater room and a wet bar with beverage refrigerator and microwave. Or for a more relaxing pace, indulge in the in-home sauna. The fifth bedroom is on this lower level and has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
For guests’ convenience there is a full laundry area in the home. The garage is equipped with an electric vehicle charger. There is space for two vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway. The garage opens into a mud room with plenty of benches for pulling off ski and hiking boots and cubbies for storing hats and mittens.
Boulder Ridge Retreat is ideally located within a quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Main Street in historic downtown Breckenridge. In winter you’re a one block walk to the Peak 8 base area for skiing; and during the summer months, you have easy access to hiking and biking trails right out your door.
