Welcome to the Austin Escape on Lake Travis by Property Manager Vacation Residences. This home boasts rustic charm and modern decor. Enjoy a game of ping pong on the back patio while you grill up a feast. You can spread out the fun by enjoying the lounges by the pool and the pool house bar nearby. We are happy to manage a fire in the beautiful firepit overlooking the shores of Lake Travis. There is an exercise room for guest use as well. The kitchen features gourmet appliances and is open to the large dining table nearby. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this property is perfect for your family or friend group. This property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 19 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with Property Manager standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. This Estate is pet-friendly with Owner approval.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
