The back patio space is ready to host your group for grilling, swimming and relaxing outside in Austin’s perfect weather. There is a barrel sauna for those looking for a reset. At the heart of this home is a truly gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining room and living room for that open concept space. Additionally, there is a media room upstairs and a family room off the patio for more places to relax. Step into the bar/lounge for a cocktail. The finishes in this home are truly top of the line, and are perfect for those who appreciate luxury. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 8 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with Property Manager standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Extra charge of $50 per day if heating hot tub more than 4 hours per day. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
