Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted. ❗️Notes to Guests & Important Details: - Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available on-site. - The pool is open seasonally (open March 1 – end of October, 10 am –10 pm, HOA discretion) but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 10 am to 10 pm. - This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool. - Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note that Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security. - We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style.
