This comfortable and recently renovated two-story townhouse features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests. It offers a mix of sleeping arrangements including a king bed, queen bed, extra-long twin-over-queen bunk with a trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa—ideal for families or small groups.
The living area includes a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding trees. Vaulted ceilings add to the sense of space, and the furniture is arranged to accommodate gathering or relaxing after a day out. A collection of board games is also available for low-key entertainment.
Step outside to a spacious deck with outdoor seating and an electric grill, a great spot to enjoy the quiet, wooded surroundings. Just behind the unit, an oversized Ski Tip hot tub offers a relaxing way to end the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything needed for preparing meals. The dining area seats eight comfortably at a large rustic table, with room for three more at the adjacent breakfast bar.
The entryway is thoughtfully designed with a bench, cubbies, and hooks to make storing gear and getting ready for outings easy. A half bath is also located on the main floor.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms have been updated throughout—including new bedding for a fresh and comfortable night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a window seat with views. Its ensuite bathroom has been remodeled with dual sinks, glass-enclosed shower, built-in cabinetry, and heated floors.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and vaulted ceiling, while the third has a new twin-over-queen bunk bed with a trundle—ideal for kids or additional guests. A renovated full bathroom is located in the hallway, along with a laundry area with washer and dryer.
Additional features include a private one-car garage, extra blankets and linens for all sleeping arrangements, and towels provided for both bath and hot tub use.
Located in a quiet part of Keystone, the home is just a short walk to the resort shuttle stop, making it easy to reach the gondola, dining, shops, and seasonal events.
