Building Amenities
The Vail International building offers an amazing array of amenities to enhance your stay. A spacious outdoor area beckons with a heated swimming pool, a large hot tub, and two gas grills, all with stunning views of Vail Mountain. This area is private to the Vail International building and a great location to grill and relax. Inside, there are men’s and women’s steam rooms to enjoy. Please note the pool closes in the spring and fall but is open all summer and winter. The hot tub is available year-round.
Inside, unwind in the steam rooms or break a sweat in the well-equipped fitness room, featuring a Peloton bike, treadmill, and free weights....although most guests manage to get a great workout skiing, hiking, biking and even rafting!

Inside our 2-bedroom condo, you’ll find all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cozy living room with a TV and fireplace, and savor your meals at the dining table. The large glass doors provide a captivating backdrop of Vail Mountain, whether you’re inside or out on the private balcony.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, private balcony with Vail mountain views and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bed, floor to ceiling window with, you guessed it - Vail Mountain Views, and access to another full bathroom located in the hallway. For larger groups, a comfortable new queen-sized sleeper sofa bed ensures a peaceful night’s rest.
Although there is no in-unit laundry, the building has coin operated washers and dryers available.

For those who prefer to drive, we provide free parking. One space is included with your rental and additional spaces are offered based upon availability. This is a great perk, as overnight parking in Lionshead costs around $50 per night.

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
