With unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and sweeping views of Vail Village’s iconic Bridge Street, this home puts world-class skiing, dining, shopping, and après-ski all at your doorstep.
This spacious unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a king in the primary bedroom, queen in the second, and two sets of twin bunks in the third. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility. The full kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances and is stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal. The open-concept dining and living areas are ideal for gathering after a day on the mountain. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace, four TVs, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and a balcony with Vail Village views.
A designated parking spot in the Founders Garage is included, and a convenient ski locker just down the hall makes storing your gear easy. Each bedroom features its own AC unit for summer comfort (note: no AC in the living area).

Rental Agreement: All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Please note additional cleaning services may be required based upon the size of your group. If so, a Property Manager representative will contact you to discuss.
Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
Nonrefundable Fees: Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Property Manager. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
