This spectacular brand new beautifully decorated home in Bayside Village boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an upscale kitchen with island, mini bar and a wine fridge. Open concept floor plan, master bedroom with lavish en suite bathroom and 2nd guest room also with en suite bathroom located on the first floor. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds also with a lovely en suite full bathroom. Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd bedroom all have flat screen TV’s with WIFI access for your entertainment!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
