The Home
Bay Getaway is a second floor condo that is just steps from the Fairway’s pool. This condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably with two queen size beds and two twin size beds. The Doral floor plan, 1550 sq. ft. in size, has an open kitchen, bar area and living room which is great for entertaining or enjoying time with family and friends.
The resorts community pool, tennis courts and private beach are within a short drive. With the Pro Shop and Coach House Tavern restaurant down the street, you’ll also have easy access to Bay Creek’s Signature golf courses. One course designed by Arnold Palmer and the other by Jack Nicklaus. The historic town of Cape Charles is just around the corner where guests can enjoy more dining and shopping! Explore the town and take a walk down the Cape Charles beach pier to take in the sights of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
