Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed and more wonderful mountain views.  The private bathroom includes double vanities, a shower, and a large soaking tub. The primary closet has its own washer and dryer. Three additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen bed, and the last has bunk beds. Also on the lower level a is a spacious secondary living room, offering additional space for relaxation, movie nights, and games. The boot room, laundry room, and hot tub access are on this level as well. This home has 2 indoor and 2 outdoor parking spaces. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking. Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Property Manager. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
