The den, with a king sleeper sofa, can be transformed into a fifth bedroom for additional flexibility. Those who like to sleep in should beware! These bedrooms are bright and invite the sunshine in thanks to large windows. Den (3 steps up, first floor): Located adjacent to the living room, this room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The room can be closed off entirely thanks to pocket doors. It has a full en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 1 (upstairs): king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2 twin beds and detached bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): king bed, shares detached full bathroom with walk in shower with bedroom 4. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. .
