The front door has a width of 120cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 72cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access and is slightly raised, with a step up of 23cm at the lowest and 37cm at the highest. Overall, the terrace area is flat with a mixture of lawn and patio. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the family bathroom door is 68cm wide.
