Things To Know:
Dock parking: Parking is available on the right side of Bottle Bay Road, about 20 feet from the driveway.
The dock has a small fence on either side of it with stone steps going down.
Outdoor games: Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, Ax Throwing, Volleyball Net, Giant dice, whiffle ball, and bocce ball.
Guests will not have access to stables, other outbuildings, and marsh. These areas are off-limits.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
